   Chula Vista Veterans Memorial

Welcome to the Chula Vista Veterans Memorial Website. This Memorial is a project initiated by the Chula Vista Veterans Advisory Commission to honor those fallen Veterans who died while in a war serving their nation. Their names appear in Memorial Park in the center of Chula Vista, just west of Third and G Streets. Our project is to collect the biographies of these Chula Vista citizens.

This project is ongoing and any assistance regarding the biographies of these 123 veterans would be most appreciated.

The Chula Vista Veterans Advisory Commission is most grateful to the students of Eastlake who participated in this community service project. Their hard work has enabled the Commission to collect these biographies.

There are 84 streets in the Sunbow, McMillin and Otay Ranch communities that are presently named to honor these veterans. Another four streets in the city of Chula Vista are under review. The Veterans Advisory Commission is motivated to have every veteran whose name appears in Memorial Park remembered.
