Landfill Passes and Yard Waste Passes
Each residential cart service customer (Small Quantity Generator) is entitled to two free landfill passes and two free yardwaste passes per year to the Otay Landfill.
- Recycle: Please load your vehicle to keep the following materials separated for recycling: concrete/asphalt, metals, appliances, clean wood and yard waste.
- Load Limits: Each pass may be used for a maximum material weight of 1 ton. Loads over 1 ton will be charged current landfill rates for the additional material. Be careful, do not exceed the recommended weight capacity of your vehicle.
- Secure Loads: Please be careful to secure all materials in your vehicle before transporting. Use a tarp, rope or other means to ensure that no material is lost in transit.
Your account must be current with Allied Waste Services and are good for up to 1 ton of material, (more that than will be charged at the current landfill rates for the type of material).
