Successor Agency to the Redevelopment Agency of the City of Chula Vista
Effective February 1, 2012, all redevelopment agencies in the State of California were dissolved pursuant to AB 1X 26. Although the Redevelopment Agency of the City of Chula Vista (Agency) has been dissolved, this website contains historical information about the Agency and will be used by the City of Chula Vista as the Successor Agency to provide information related to the dissolution and winding down of the Agency. This website will be updated soon to provide additional information.

RECOGNIZED OBLIGATION PAYMENT SCHEDULE PURSUANT TO ASSEMBLY BILL X1 26, DIVISION 24, PART 1.8, SECTION 34177 OF THE CALIFORNIA COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT LAW
Pursuant to Health & Safety Code Section 34177, the City was required to prepare a Recognized Obligation Payment Schedule ("ROPS"). The ROPS schedule sets forth all of the Redevelopment Agency's obligations determined to be recognized obligations under Section 34177, Health and Safety Code.
Pursuant to Health and Safety Code Section 34179.6(c), the Oversight Board shall review and approve the Due Diligence Review of the Low and Moderate Income Housing Fund and transmit the document to the Department of Finance and the County Auditor-Controller.
