Independent foreign films are back for an encore at the Civic Center branch and the South Chula Vista branch Libraries on Sundays in February and March. The movies start at 2 p.m. both at the Civic Center branch located at 365 F Street and the South Chula Vista branch at 389 Orange Avenue.
South Chula Vista branch: February 20: "A Simple Curve" (Canada); February 27: "A Peck on the Cheek" (India); March 6: "Lake Tahoe" (Mexico); March 13: "Adam's Apples"(Denmark); March 20: "Under the Bombs" (France/Lebanon); March 27: "The Island" (Russia).
Civic Center branch: February 21: "Noise" (Australia); February 28: "Campfire" (Israel); March 7: "Men at Work" (Iran); March 14: "The Bothersome Man" (Norway); March 2: "Familia" (Canada); March 28: "Arranged" (USA)
