Chula Vista residents can bring their cats to the SNAP mobile veterinarian-staffed bus on February 11 to have them spayed or neutered. SNAP (Spay Neuter Action Project) will provide the service for $30 plus each cat will receive free nail clipping and free anti-flea treatment. This service is provided for cats three months and older.
