The Fiscal Operations Unit provides payroll, purchasing/inventory control, budget analysis and grant administration services to the Police Department.  The unit is responsible for all financial aspects of the Department, including employee compensation, purchase requests, budget development, financial projections and grant reporting.  Other key duties include audits, contracts and resource management.  The Fiscal Operations Unit works closely with the Finance Department to streamline the budget, accounting, payroll and procurement processes.
