West Chula Vista Planning
Specific Plans provide the tools to implement the broader vision set forth in a City's General Plan. These tools may include zoning, zoning regulations, and design guidelines. In 2007, Council approved the City's Urban Core Specific Plan to implement the General Plan's vision in the Northwest of the City.
The City has just now begun the process to create similar policies/ plans in the Southwest of the City. Find out more at the following link:
